Most hiring in India still runs on referrals and paper credentials. Good candidates get overlooked because they have no way to show what they can actually do, and employers can't tell who is ready to start.
We built a place where a candidate can learn one skill in a short, focused module, show it on a real profile, and apply to employers who have been verified. Trainers get a way to place their students, and employers get people who are already trained.
