Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using JustJob, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, as described in Section 13.
Who can use JustJob
JustJob is open to candidates, employers, trainers, and platform administrators. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide — including your name, contact details, and qualifications — is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. One person or organisation may not maintain more than one active account for the same role without our permission.
Candidate profiles, resumes, and AI suggestions
Candidates retain ownership of the profile information, resumes, and documents they upload. By uploading this content, you grant JustJob a limited licence to store, display, and share it with employers and trainers as needed to operate the platform (for example, when you apply to a job or enrol in a module). Our AI Profile Assistant generates skill and summary suggestions based on the details you provide; these are recommendations only; you choose whether to apply them, and JustJob is not responsible for outcomes based on suggestions you accept.
Employer accounts and job listings
Employers must complete our verification process before posting roles. You agree that listings will accurately describe the role, compensation, and requirements, and that you will not post discriminatory, misleading, or fraudulent listings. JustJob may remove any listing or suspend any employer account that violates these terms or applicable labour law.
Trainers and training modules
Trainers are responsible for the accuracy and quality of the modules they publish. JustJob may review, moderate, or remove modules that are inaccurate, plagiarised, or otherwise violate these terms. Candidates who enrol in paid modules do so subject to the pricing and refund terms shown at checkout.
Payments and refunds
Paid training modules and any other paid features are billed through our third-party payment processor. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Refund eligibility, where offered, will be shown at the time of purchase; in general, completed or substantially accessed modules are not eligible for a refund.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or company; scrape or harvest data from the platform; post spam, malware, or unlawful content; harass or discriminate against other users; or attempt to circumvent JustJob's verification or security measures. Violating this section may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Intellectual property
The JustJob name, logo, and platform design are the property of JustJob Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and may not be used without permission. Trainers retain ownership of their original training content but grant JustJob a licence to host and display it to enrolled candidates.
Limitation of liability
JustJob is a platform that connects candidates, employers, and trainers — we do not guarantee employment outcomes, the accuracy of listings created by employers, or the quality of every training module. To the extent permitted by law, JustJob is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from your profile settings. JustJob may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the city where JustJob is registered.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our platform or legal requirements. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered users by email or an in-app notice.
