Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, contact details, resume, education, and job preferences — as well as information generated through your use of the platform, like applications submitted and modules completed.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate the platform: matching candidates with employers, generating AI-assisted profile suggestions, processing payments for training modules, and communicating important account updates.
AI-assisted features
Profile suggestions are generated by sending your profile details (skills, qualification, preferred role and sector) to a third-party AI provider. This data is used only to generate the suggestion shown to you and is not used to train the provider's models by agreement with our providers, where applicable.
Data retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
Your rights
You may access, update, or delete your profile information at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us through the contact page.
Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
